I don't know because people would manipulate the meme and use it in the wrong way to the point where it is not funny.
I believe that the Ugandan knuckles meme is a great dank meme although I do not think that it is the best . The portrayal of a Ugandan Knuckles is very funny while I personally like Past tense meme better since it is more relevant and doesn't make any factual sense at all . I feel all memes come and go and they are all great in their ways of being funny.
